Finding & Order approving the joint application; that WW of Ohio's operating authority and Certificate No. 90-9013 be transferred to WWI, and that WW of Ohio be removed from the rolls of regulated carriers in this state; that WWI submit a revised tariff to reflect the reorganization that will incorporate identical services, rates, terms, and conditions in WW of Ohio's tariff; that, in conjunction with the filing of a revised tariff to reflect the reorganization, WWI be authorized under Certificate No. 90-9013 to provide local and interexchange telecommunications services in Ohio.
