Supplemental Opinion & Order that Ohio Bell shall institute one-way, measured-rate EAS from the Hubbard Exchange to the Sharon Exchange within 12 months; that Ohio Bell and United shall institute two-way, measured-rate EAS between the Hubbard and Warren exchanges within 12 months; that Ohio Bell and United establish an in-service date within 4 months; that respondents are authorized to file revised tariff sheets reflecting the establishment of the EAS involved herein; that as to the Ohio exchanges, this matter is dismissed and closed of record. |
