Entry granting the petition for leave to intervene filed by OCC and IEC. Ordered that CG&E as well as all other Electric Companies are authorized to make reconciliation adjustments to their semi-annual EFC filings to reflect appropriate account balances of PIP arrearages which are more than twelve months in arrears.
