Entry ordering that Rule 4901:1-20-16, regarding corporate separation, is revised as set forth in this Entry and its attachment, that a copy of the revised rules be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State, that the revised rules be effective as of the earliest date permitted by law. Unless otherwise determined by the Commission, the review date for rule shall be fine years after its effective date, that the amendments to the transition plan applications that are necessitated by revised rule shall be filed in the electric utilities respective transition plan dockets not later than February 28, 2000, that any supplements to the preliminary objects to address transition plan amendments necessitated by our modification shall be filed no later than March 13, 2000. |
