Opinion & Order denying the request for twp-way, non- optional, flat-rate EAS between the Spencer and Oberlin exchanges and between the Spencer and Elyria exchanges and dismissing these portions and closing from record; that the Commission will make no determination at this time regarding the requested EAS between the Spencer and Wellington exchanges; that GTE shall provide to the Commission by 4/1/93 the requested cost and revenue infor- mation regarding two-way EAS between the Spencer exchange and the Wellington exchange; that the spokesperson for the complainants provide a statement to the Commission no later than 4/17/93 indicating whether the complainants desire the Commission to hold a further hearing on the investments, costs, and revenue impact associated with the implementation of EAS between the Spencer and Welling- ton exchanges.
