In the matter of the application of 360 Degree Long Dis- tance, Inc. to amend its tariff to conform its intrastate tariff to existing interstate regulations, specifically to provide for the accrual of interest at the lesser of (i) the rate of one and one-half percent per month or (ii) the highest rate allowed by law per month, upon any unpaid amount commencing thirty days after the date the bill is mailed by the Company.
