Entry ordering that the application be granted; that during the period of removal of the current signals and from the time of this entry forward, ORHS flag traffic in each dir- ection at the Main Street crossing before bringing any train across the crossing; that ORHS provide 30-day notification to the Commission before significantly changing its rail operations through the crossing to allow the Commission an opportunity of reviewing such proposed changes and their impact on the safety of motorists and pedestrians.
