Entry ordering that the motion for default judgment against respondent be granted; that respondent pay the forfeiture amount of $1,800 in the manner set forth in Finding 4, with- in 30 days of the filing of this Entry; that in the event respondent fails to make payment of the entire forfeiture amount within the time set forth, the Attorney General bring a civil action in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County to recover the forfeiture assessed against respon- dent.
