Entry ordering that the accrual rates shown on Table I are hereby prescribed as proper and adequate charges for depreciation of the applicant's telephone plant; that these accrual rates be made effective January 1, 1994; that the reclassification of the reserve balances be granted as outlined in Finding 7 be made effective January 1, 1994. |
