(2) Transportation of medical supplies and repair parts for medical equipment, restricted to the use of 2-axle vehicles of 10,000 pounds gvw or less. (Expedited courier trans- portation service in connection with the medical industry, restricted to the transportation of packages, parcels and articles not exceeding three hundred (300) pounds in weight. RESTRICTED to shipments requiring a delivery time of not more than eight (8) hours from time of pick-up at point of origin to time of delivery at point of destination, provided that when delivery cannot be effected because the facility of consignee is closed, delivery shall be accomplished no later than 10:00 a.m. on the next business day, and further provided that carrier's shipping documents covering each shipment shall accompany carrier's vehicle, which documents shall reflect the date and time of pick-up and the date and time of delivery and the original and destination points, and which shall be retained by the carrier for a minimum of twelve (12) months. Further restricted against the use of tractor-trailer units or armored vehicles and further restricted against the transportation of household goods as defined by Rule 4901:2-19-01(A), Ohio Administrative Code, bulk commodities, cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers, and banking documents and other documents used in the conduct of operations by banks and other financial institutions).0
