10/09/1992(AUTHORITY) (1) Transportation of blood, human tissue and specimens, X-rays, medical reports and charts from and to medical facilities in the Cleveland Commercial Zone. RESTRICTED: (a) to packages, parcels or articles weighing not more than 350 pounds, (b) to the use of two-axle vehicles of 10,000 pounds GVW or less, (c) to deliveries within six (6) hours of pick-up, and (d) AGAINST regular route service. Transportation of medical supplies and repair parts for medical equipment between medical facilities in the Cleveland Commercial Zone, on the one hand, and, on the other, points in Ashland, Ashtabula, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Counties. RESTRICTED: (a) AGAINST the transportation of medical supplies from whole- sale drug and medical suppliers, (b) to the use of two-axle vehicles of 10,000 pounds or less, (c) to pick-up and delivery within four (4) hours, (d) to no more than 350 pounds total shipment weight per vehicle, and (a) AGAINST regular route service.0
