In the matter of the application of The Dayton Power & Light Company for authority to borrow an amount not to exceed $32,300,000 from the Ohio Water Development Author- ity and for authority to issue and deliver not more than $32,300,000 principal amount of first mortgage bonds, as security therefore; and to borrow an additional $27,800,000 from the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority and for authority to issue and deliver not more that $27,800,000 principal amount of first mortgage bonds, as security therefore. |
