AGAINST traffic originating at points in Morgan County; McConnelsville and Columbus Commercial Zones; Perry County; Muskingum County; Fallsbury, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hopewell, Bowling Green, St. Albans, McKean, Harrison, Granville, Bennington, Hartford, Liberty and Monroe Township, Belmont County; Monroe County, Tiverton, Crawford, New Castle, Jefferson, White Eyes, Adams, Oxford, Lafayette, Linton, Franklin, Virginia, Washington, Pike, Bedford and Perry Townships, Coshocton County; Barnesville and a five mile radius; Chandlersville and a ten mile radius; Arnheim; Buford; Fayette. 2. AGAINST the trans- portation of coal originating at New Lexington and all points in Perry County lying within seven miles of the corporate limits thereof; farm products at Perryton, and the territory within an eight mile radius therefrom; fertilizer, farm produce and farm supplies originating at Clay, Hamer, Salem and Whiteoak Townships, Highland County. 3. AGAINST the transportation of recycled or recyclable combustible hazardous waste products and by-products. |
