In the matter of the application of The Ohio Bell Telephone Company to revise its exchange and network services tariff, PUCO No. 1, to remove all the restrictions on mixing different types of service, except that flat-rate residence service and non-residence service will not be permitted on the same premises or household when furnished from the same exchange unless the non-residence service is arranged for outgoing service only or the flat rate residence exchange service is provided pursuant to the provisions of paragraph C.4.a(1)(b) through (d) in Section 2 of the tariff. |
