(4) AGAINST the transportation of household goods as defined by Rule 4901:2-19-01(A), Ohio Administrative Code, bulk commodities, cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers, and banking documents and other documents used in the conduct of operations by banks and other financial institutions. (5) AGAINST the transportation of shipments weighing more than 5,000 pounds.
