Finding & Order granting Bascom the authority to provide Seneca 9-1-1 emergency service with no monthly charges; Ordering Arcadia, Sycamore, Vanlue and United be granted temporary exclusions for economic technical reasons from participating in Seneca 9-1-1 system and municipal Fostoria shall be granted exemption from the Seneca system and will participate in the Wood county 9-1-1 system and that Ohio Bell be required to establish a new Seneca EMG for the purpose of annual review by 3/20/90 and that Ohio Bell, GTE, Bascom, Arcadia, Sycamore, Vanlue and United be re- quire to file an updated Secenca county 9-1-1 by 3/26/90. |
