(6) The transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop, brick, coal and raw lime- stone, in dump trucks. (11) The transportation of property to and from points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 62, State Route 37, and County Highway 3. (12) The transportation of scrap metal.
