RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: 1). House trailers and mobile homes; and homes or buildings, assembled or in parts; 2). Grain, clay, shale, calcium choloride, wax blocks, skids, gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop, bricks, scrap iron and scrap metal, in dump trucks; 3). Shipments weighing 200 pounds or less in straight trucks; 4). Petroleum, petroleum products, coal, tar, and coal tar pitch, in bulk, in tanks or hopper type vehicles; 5). Commodities in bulk, in dump trucks, on and south of State Route l6, and on and west of County Road 41; 6). Fabricates or structural steel articles and construction materials from and to Lima Township, except shipments originating or destined to points in Jersey or Etna Townships; 7). Household goods originating within five (5) miles of Newark City boundaries as they existed January 5, 1979; 8). Bulk commodities, except liquids, coal, slag, cinders and aggregates when in rock form, which require special sanitation and/or which by reason of their susceptibility to damage and moisture and/or loss in transit, loading or unloading and protection against the elements, require the use of special equipment; 9). Fertilizer and fertilizer materials in loads of fourteen tons or less, coal and raw limestone, except from or to Lima Township; 10). Property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers. Second Alternative: Transportation of property, from and to points in Jersey, Lima, and Etna Township, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED to the use of flatbed equipment in rendering service, within Jersey, Lima and Etna Townships, Licking County, Ohio, at points on U.S. Route 40, State Route l6, State Route l6l and State Route 310, between U.S. Route 40 and State Route 16, including all streets and roadways within all points, incorporated or unincorporated, located upon or bordering immediately upon the above described routes including the urban territory immediately contiguous to and an integral part of such points.
