Joint Application of Arco Auto Carriers, Inc., Leaseway Bulk Services, Inc., Leaseway Distribution Centers, Inc., Leaseway Motorcar Transport Company, Mitchell Transport, Inc Nu-Car Carriers, Inc., Ray Molder Carrier Corporation, and Refiners Transport & Terminal Corporation Pursuant to Revised Code Section 4905.41, seeking authority for the applicant carriers to participate in a revolving credit and term loan agreement, to enter into security agreements and to issue promissory notes pursuant to such agreement, and to issue indentures and guarantee debentures issued pursuant to the indentures. |
