Joint Petition of The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and Ohio Edison Company; implementing their boundary line, believe that within the intent and purpose of the Certified Territory Act, O.R.C. 4933.01, et seg. certain sublots contained within the Oakveiw Estates Subdivision and along Brewster Road, should be reallocated and con- sidered overlap customers of the respective utility. |
