Entry ordering that the applications of Columbia Gas of Ohio, Inc. to continue its Special Emergency Assistance Program for the 2003-2004 period, in accordance with its application of November 6, as supplemented on November 7, 2003, is granted, ordered that the funds generated from the program for the 2003-2004 period be reviewed by the Commission appointed auditor in the company's next gas cost recovery proceeding, ordered that as long as Columbia and Citizens Energy wish to continue this program under its current terms and conditions or until the Commission determines otherwise, Columbia need not repeatedly seek our permission to continue the program, However, the follow up reports that have been provided should continue and should be filed in Case No. 03-2271-GA-AEC. |
