Entry that the Commission amends Ohio Adm.Code 4901:2-5-02(C) and 4901:2-5-03(A), on an emergency basis, to reference the current regulations adopted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, which were recently revised to include exemptions applicable to motor carrier providers of recreational activities when transporting passengers. The Commission also directs that comments on the amendments of the aforementioned provisions of the Ohio Adm.Code be filed by June 10, 2024 electronically filed by Ms. Donielle M. Hunter on behalf of Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. |
