03/02/2016Finding & Order that the Commission finds that it is necessary to implement a process for issuance of TNC permits while Staff continues to work on rules to implement R.C. 4925.02. Accordingly, before March 23, 2016, Staff should develop an application form for TNC permits, post the application form on the Commission's website, and be prepared to accept all such applications and payments. Upon receipt of a TNC application and payment, Staff shall review such application for completeness and request such other information as it finds necessary. If complete and requirements are met, Staff may issue a TNC permit, which will be effective for one year and must be renewed annually.2
