Finding & Order stating that the Applicants are authorized through December 31, 2014, to have short-term notes outstanding, including those issued pursuant to Section 4905.401(A), Revised Code, in aggregate principal amounts of not more than $500 million each for ATSI, CEI, Ohio Edison and Toledo Edison, at any one time and to continue to participate in the Money Pool, pursuant to the terms and conditions as described in the Applications, and in this Finding and Order. |
