Notice that on December 31, 2011, DSLnet Communications, LLC (DSLnet) and DIECA Communications, Inc. d/b/a Covad Communications Company (DIECA), (DSLNET and DIECA, the Parties), completed a pro forma transaction whereby DSLnet merged with and into DIECA with DIECA surviving the merger.
