Finding and Order approving application; that the approval of this agreement by the Commission does not constitute a determination that the terms and provisions for termination, or any resulting termination liability of the agreement should be upheld in a court of law. Commission approval of the termination liability language is not intended to indicate that the Commission has approved any terms or provisions contained therein; that approval of this agreement does not constitute state action for purpose of the antitrust laws nor intent to insulate the applicant, nor any other party entering into services offered through a contract approved by this finding and order, from the provision of any state or federal law which prohibits the restraint of trade; that nothing shall be binding upon this Commission in any subsequent investigation or proceeding involving the justness or reasonableness of any rate, change, rule, or regulation. |
