Finding and Order, ordered that the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement entered into between Staff and Why-Wait Logistics, be approved and adopted by the Commission, that the Respondents pay the initial $575.00 within 30 days form the effective date of this settlement agreement and continue to make equal monthly payments for the next five months. |
