Finding and Order, ordered that the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement entered into between Staff and OW Transport, be approved and adopted by the Commission, that the respondent pay the initial $260.00 within 30 days from the effective date of this settlement agreement, and continue to make equal monthly payments for the next five months. |
