Entry ordering that NS submit ORDC site plans and cost estimates for the project by May 25, 2004; that by June 1, 2004, NS file a letter advising it has been submitted to the Commission; that construction is to be completed by February 25, 2005 followed with detailed instructions as outlined in the ORDC letter of construction authorization; that NS notify the Commission 30 days before the projected date completion; that at the time the ORDC staff makes it's final inspection and finds installation completed and has been put into service, staff will file memorandum directing closure of this case of record. |
