Entry ordering that Ohio Cumberland's request to change the customer payment due date be granted, that Ohio Cumberland is authorized to file in final form four complete printed copies of its revised tariff regarding the payment due date, consistent with the findings of this Entry, and to cancel and withdraw its superseded tariffs, that Ohio Cumberland's returned check fee request proceed as a self-complaint case pursuant to Section 4905.26, Revised Code, that Ohio Cumberland notify its customers of its proposed returned check fee by February 20, 2004 and present proof of notice to the Commission by March 1, 2004, ordered that unless the Commission receives a request for oral hearing and an accompanying motion to intervene from any interested person, firm, corporation, or entity on or before March 1, 2004, the returned check fee proposal will be decided on the basis of the information contained in the company's December 2, 2003 filing, that this docket remain open until otherwise ordered by the Commission. |
