In the matter of the application of Excel Telecommunications, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 2, to introduce new definitions to Section I - Technical Terms and Abbreviations, modify Section II - Rules and Regulations to reflect the inclusion of Sections 1.4.3 and 2.21 and designate Excel's 10-10-399 and 10-10-457 Services as the Default Services available to Customers within the State of Ohio. |
