Opinion and Order, ordered that Arctic Express, Inc. pay the assessed amount for the violation of 49.C.F.R. 392.9(A) (2) within 15 days to the State of Ohio, as set forth in Finding of Fact and Conclusion of Law (9), that if payment is not received within 15 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General of Ohio shall bring a civil action in the Court of Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, or take any other action allowed by law, to recover the $100.00 forfeiture assessed herein, and that this case be closed of record. |
