Supplemental Finding and Order, ordering that the Commission orders dated December 19, 2002, and May 29, 2003 are hereby modified to extend the authority to applicant to increase its short-term indebtedness from $450 million to $600 million through December 31, 2003, in all other respects the Commission orders dated December 12, 2002 and May 29, 2003 shall remain in full force and effect. |
