In the matter of the application of VarTec Telecom, Inc. dba Clear Choice Communications to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 4, to extend the following promotional offerings: a) VarTec's DimeLine Service - Special Promotion 0.2VT; b) VarTec's DimeClub Plus; c) VarTec's TollSaver II Service - Special Promotions 0.3.VT and 0.4.VT; d) Clear Choice's Basic One Plus Promotions A, B, C, D, E and F; e) Clear Choice's Basic Travel Card Service Promotions A and B; and f) Clear Choice's Basic 800 Select Service Promotions A and B. |
