In the matter of the application to revise NOSVA's Long Distance Tariff, PUCO No. 1, to add new rate plans; provide for a one-time charge for customers who initiated service before 8/30/01 and billed $50.00 or less in intrastate calling charges on their previous invoice; increase the directory assistance charge; increase the payphone surcharge. |
