Finding and order stating that respondents identified in paragraphs 6 and 7 are found to be in violation of 4901:2-5-07, OAC, and ordered to pay assessed civil forfeiture; that Commission staff submit names, addresses, dates of birth, social security number and drivers licenses numbers to the deputy registrar in accordance with Section 4506.25, Revised Code; that the Attorney General take appropriate action to enforce this entry; that this case is closed of record. |
