In the matter of the application of United Telephone Company of Ohio dba Sprint to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 2, to grandfather Sprint Prepaid FONCARD; grandfather Sprint Retail Prepaid Calling Card Options E, F, J, K, M, N, and W, grandfather Collector's Prepaid FONCARDs; grandfather the ATM Prepaid Calling Card; introduce additional minute increments for Sprint Retail Prepaid Calling Card Option A; decrease Sprint Retail Prepaid Calling Card Option B rates; decrease Sprint Retail Prepaid Calling Card D rates; decrease Sprint Retail Prepaid Calling Cards Option Q rates; introduce Sprint Retail Prepaid Calling Cards Options X; introduce Sprint Retail Prepaid Calling Card Option Y; make text changes to reflect the new FCC reference; and make miscellaneous text changes. |
