Entry ordering that Enron's request to waive the two-year maximum contract term for small commercial customers is granted to the extent that the contract term may be a maximum of three years and subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this waiver; in all other respects, Enron's request for a waiver of the contract term limitation in Rule 11(C) is denied; that the maximum contract term for residential customers remains two years. |
