In the matter of the application of Teleconnect Long Distance Service and Systems Company dba Telecom*USA to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 3, to add language to the Applicability section of the tariff pertaining to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) detariffing order; and to change the billing increments of the following services: SMARTminutes for business, SMARTminutes Toll Free, and SMARTminutes Buy Down Plan. |
