In the matter of the application of VarTec Telecom, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 4, to introduce the FiveLine Travel Card Service and the FiveLine Call Direct Service; add to the VarTec Voice Services; change the name of VarTec Voice Residential 800 Service to the VarTec Signature 800 Service Promotion; and make various textual revisions to clarify the Company's current service offerings. |
