In the matter of the applicaiton of MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 2, to change the Option FF (homeMCI One) billing increments for dial one access calls; increase the Option TT (220 Direct Plan) monthly minimum charge to $5.00; increase the Option UU (321 Direct Plan) monthly minimum charge to $5.00; add a $5.00 monthly minimum charge to the 220 Direct Promotion and the 321 Direct Promotion; introduce the Basic Calling Plan A Savings Plan I to Option YY; increase the calling card per minute rate and per call surcharge associated with the following Option A Premier Calling Plans: Retail Affinity Program Plan I, Retail Program Plan II, Affinity Program Plan III and Affinity Program Plan IV; increase the Option MM (MCI Everyday Classic) monthly recurring charge; and increase the Option OO (MCI AnyTime) monthly account fee. |
