(2) AGAINST the use of tractor- trailer units or armored vehicles. (3) AGAINST the trans- portation of more than one shipment on one vehicles at one time. (4) AGAINST the transportation of household goods as defined by Rule 4901;2-19-01(A), Ohio Administrative Code, bulk commodities, cash letters, banking records, credit card records, credit and debit instruments and other documents used in the conduct of operations by banks and other financial institutions. (5) AGAINST the transportation of shipments weighing more than 5,000 pounds. CONDITION: For purposes of the above grant of authority, "shipment" is defined as one lot of freight tendered by one consignor at one origin at one time for delivery to one consignee at one destination on one bill of lading. | 0 |
