(11) RESTRICTED AGAINST serving points in said town- ships that lie on or are directly accessible from US 22, US 33, State Routes 158, 188, and 256, Lithopolis- Winchester Road, Lithopolis Road, and State Route 37 between Lancaster and the Fairfield/Perry County line.0
