(6) AGAINST the transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (7) AGAINST the transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (8) AGAINST the transportation of scrap metal. (9) AGAINST service from and to points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 40, State Route 16, and County Highway 311.0
