(7) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers, and banking records. (8) Heavy electrical and oil machinery requiring special equipment to load, unload and/or transport. (9) Service from and to points on or directly accessible from US 40, SR 13; and service from and to points within one mile of Buckeye Lake, including Buckeye Lake.0
