(2) Transportation of packages, parcels or articles of 70 pounds or less. (3) Transportation of currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles. (4) Serving from or to (except where otherwise authorized) South Charleston and points within a three (3) mile radius thereof, and Mad River Township, and Madison Township. (5) From or to (except where otherwise authorized) points on West Enon Road (including Enon) between Enon and the Greene/Clark County Line; and points and places on or bordering immediately upon State Route 4 and 54; State Route 235 between its intersection with State Route 41 and the Clark/Montgomery Count Line, including New Carlisle; State Route 41 between its intersection with State Route 235 and Springfield, including North Hampton and Lawrenceville; and U.S. Route 40 between its intersection with State Route 235 and the Clark/Madison County Line, including Donnelsville and South Vienna, all of Clark County.0
