(5) From or to (except where otherwise authorized and except for household goods, office furniture and fixtures) points on West Enon Road (including Enon) between Enon and the Greene/Clark County Line; and points and places on or bordering immediaately upon State Route 4 and 54; State Route 235 between its intersection with State Route 41 and the Clark/Montgomery County Line, including New Carlisle; State Route 41 between its intersection with State Route 235 and Springfield, including North Hampton and Lawrenceville; and U.S. Route 40 between its intersection with State Route 235 and the Clark/Madison County Line, including Donnelsville and South Vienna, all in Clark County.0
