07/19/2004In the matter of the complaint of Ohio State Legislative Board vs Indiana & Ohio Railway for the alleged trees obstructing signals in Quincy, Ohio (Logan County) also, conditions on the I&O Springfield Belt between US 68 overpass and the old DT&I yard are problematic in that the brush rubs the sides of moving equipment and allows no walking space in the case of an emergency.3
