| 12/09/2003 | Entry ordering that the accrual rates shown on Table I (attached) are hereby prescribed as proper and adequate charges for depreciation of the applicant's natural gas plant, that the accrual rates be made effective January 1, 2003, that the applicant submit a depreciation study for all of its plant accounts no later than five years after the date of this entry, that all adjustments to the plant in service and depreciation reserve and amortization shown on Tables II and III (attached) respectively, be granted as outlined in Finding (7) and made effective January 1, 2003. | 6 |
