Entry ordering that the applications filed be granted and that a blanket waiver, identical in scope to that granted to AT&T Ohio in 09-42, is hereby granted to any LEC that is authorized to provide local telecommunication services in AT&T Ohio's territory, without need of that LEC applying for such waiver, so long as all of the conditions elaborated in Finding (5), above are met. |
